Refund Policy

SLVRSKN has the right to cancel any purchases prior to processing payment or dispatch.

If you choose to cancel your order pre-dispatch only, you will be refunded any money paid in relation to those purchases.

If you terminate your SLVRSKN account any non-dispatched orders will be cancelled and you will be refunded any money in your account.

Prices don’t include VAT

By purchasing SLVRSKN products or any products on the website, you herby agree not to sell or distribute any of the products for commercial use; products are for personal use only.

If you receive products that no not match your order made online, the price of the product will be refunded using the payment method used when making the purchase.

If any products sold online purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact SLVRSKN within 2 days to arrange collection and return. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned products, the price of the product will be refunded using the payment method used when making the purchase.

If products are damaged in transit, you should report such damage to SLVRSKN upon receiving the products to arrange their collection and return. SLVRSKN is not responsible for paying shipment costs.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping fees are determined with your order, and are paid either online once order is placed or to the delivery personnel delivering your order.

Reward Terms

You must login to your account to be able to earn point. Points will not be gained on purchase made through any other portals except on www.slvrskn.com/points and will not be earned prior to creating an account on the portal.

Points are referred to as beans on the website, so earning 30 points would be labelled as “30 beans”.

Purchases and Points:

Capsules: 1 point per capsule

Roasted Whole Beans: 2 points per 100g

Pour Over Coffee Sachets: 2 points per sachet

Turkish Coffee: 3 points per pack

Membership Ranks: – Brew Beginner: 0 – 99 points – Coffee Expert: 100 – 249 points – Brew Master: 250+ points

Discounts: – 100 points = 10% off next purchase – 200 points = 20% off next purchase – 300 points = Free product (choose from a selection)

Maximum Points

The maximum number of points you can earn, or have as the total in your balance, is 300 points. Once you reach 300 points, you will be unable to earn more points until you redeem your existing points.

Points are non-transferrable and cannot be shared with anyone or transferred to a different account on any other portals.
